She 

"She" is one of my first pieces of art created using wood that resembles a person.  I chose a female version of this particular because of my fascination with women of color and their role in today's society.  I purposefully selected the colors from her skin tone to her hair to show deep concentration of ethnicity and wisdom that is usually coincide with the multi color hair.  

This piece is made out of hand cut wood and framed using recycled aluminum from a greenhouse that was damaged during a snow storm.
