This piece was inspired by my mother as I was putting some of the finishing touches on it.  She accompanied me in the studio while working on the piece and encouraged me to leave some white in the painting, which I interpreted as an unfinished piece.  But as I was sealing the painting, I realized that this painting was indeed completed with the colors chosen, curves ingrained in it and last but not least, the advice and encouragement from one of the most important persons in my life.
